Last night my family threw a small going away party for me, in celebration of me going to Korea. A few of my friends also came over to have some yummy dinner and lots of awesome desserts. =)
I only refer to the desserts as being awesome because…. I made all except one dessert. My family and friends liked them so much, they think i’ve found my niche in baking. Everyone last night thinks I should open some kind of dessert only cafe type place. Who knows…. if I can come up with the money, I would love to open up some kind of cafe or dessert only place. That would be so much fun!
As for desserts I made :
Tiramisu, white chocolate covered strawberries, milk chocolate covered strawberries, semi-sweet chocolate covered strawberries, fruit tray, dark bittersweet chocolate truffles, chocolate-hazelnut (nutella) filled friend wontons and 2 types of Creme Brulee.
