Yesterday (Friday), I went to Holt for the first time and it was interesting. The reason for me to go to Holt was to be able to ask some questions to my birthmom through a translator. Surprisingly, my birthmom didn’t have any questions to really ask me. Few of my questions I had for her were answered, I wish I could have thought of more questions to ask her.
After we talked for a little while I was able to have a walk around (tour) of the facility. That was a very fun and interesting experience of getting to see the check-up clinic, nursery, and the current babies that are there at Holt waiting to get adopted. I had a lot of fun getting to hold and play with the babies, it’s been such a long time since I was last around any babies.
I have to go back to Holt at some point to pick up a letter my birthmom wrote to me that they couldn’t send it through e-mail.
